DESIGN A SET OF UNIVERSAL PICTOGRAMS THAT REPRESENT THE FOUR SEASONS: I wanted to create a set of pictograms that stayed away from using weather symbols and activities linked to the weather as this is different country to country and also is changing due to global warming. I have tried to focus on the seasons growth and fall- spring when things grow and autumn when things begin to fall away. This can be symbolic of nature and daylight as the days start to get longer in spring and shorter in autumn. I wanted to create a style that represented the earth and its movement and changes as this is what the seasons are.
